Welcome to InsightEV (https://insightev.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, newsletter, memberships, research products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
InsightEV is a content and research platform focused on the electric two-wheeler and light / micro-mobility industry. We publish analysis, offer paid memberships and research access, and may provide advisory enquiries separately from website content.

2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and membership
Some parts of the Services require an account or paid membership (including Premium / AllSpark access where offered).
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, payment has failed, or the account poses a security risk.
4. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our free newsletter, you agree we may email you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and renewals
Paid Services are billed through our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- Prices, billing intervals, and what’s included are shown at checkout or on the relevant product/membership page.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, where applicable.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Refunds are handled according to the refund policy stated at purchase or as required by law. If no separate refund policy is stated, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
6. Research reports and paid downloads
Unless we state otherwise in writing, purchased reports and premium research are licensed for your internal business or personal use only. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, scrape, or publicly share paid materials without our prior written permission.
7. Advisory / consulting enquiries
Website “Contact us” / advisory CTAs are for enquiries only. Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Website content is not a substitute for a formal advisory engagement.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including articles, headlines, charts, data tables, logos, design, and branding — is owned by InsightEV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal reference. You may not copy, scrape, train models on, or commercially exploit our content without permission, except as allowed by law (for example, limited quotation with credit).
9. No investment or professional advice
InsightEV content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or product. You should not rely on our content as the sole basis for business or investment decisions. Always do your own diligence and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or to harm others
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or non-public content
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download content or data
- Interfere with site security or performance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightEV and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsightEV from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of InsightEV, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights elsewhere.
